Hello all,
My name is Amanda and I am currently in my third year of being a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I have been wanting to write about my adventures over the past few years but have been bombarded by life and managing the worst of all: stress.
But let me start from the beginning before getting to the fun stuff. I started out my PT journey with school which was one of the worst stressors in the world. I would go insane from the amount of stress that surpassed my sanity! (talk about slowly burning away like a candle!)
I slowly started to lose who I was and began to question everything that I was striving for. I then realized that I needed to manage who I was before I was to lose my mind entirely. Over the years, I have started to develop strategies to ease my mind and relax my soul.
I now focus on using my stressors to form ideas and to assist with helping others to cope with their lives. To see even the smallest of joys has become one of the greatest parts of the day.
I have started this blog as a way to help others in the community to cope with the craziness of stress and burnout. Here’s to helping you all!
